PGW Auto Glass is seeking a Warehouse Employee in Shreveport, LA to handle, store, and ship automotive glass. You will receive shipments, pick, pack, and load orders, and operate warehouse equipment in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires strong attention to detail, teamwork, and safety. Candidates should be able to lift up to 75 pounds and perform basic inventory tasks; weekend shifts may be required. This is a part-time position with opportunities to grow within the team.

Qualifications

Job Summary: The PGW Auto Glass Warehouse Employee is responsible for handling, storing, and distributing automotive glass products while ensuring a safe and efficient work environment. This role includes receiving shipments, organizing inventory, fulfilling orders, and maintaining quality control to prevent damage to fragile products. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and capable of working in a fast-paced warehouse setting.

Key Responsibilities And Duties

• Receive, inspect, and store incoming shipments of automotive glass and related materials.
• Accurately pick, pack, and load customer orders.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment in a safe manner.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure glass products are free from defects and meet company standards.
• Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems (WMS) and participate in cycle counts.
• Follow proper handling and safety procedures to minimize product damage and ensure workplace safety.
• Assist in loading and unloading trucks, ensuring proper stacking and securing of products.
• Keep warehouse clean and organized, including sweeping floors, removing debris, and properly storing materials.
• Adhere to all company policies, safety guidelines, and OSHA regulations.
• Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and drivers to ensure efficient operations.

This is a part-time position.
