Job summary

Snap Install is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our energetic team in Minneapolis, MN. This part-time, on-site position focuses on accurate inventory, timely shipments, and cross-department collaboration. You will participate in receiving, packing, inventory management, safety, and equipment operation.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, can lift up to 50 lbs, and are available five days a week. Prior warehouse experience and familiarity with WMS/ERP are a plus.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of general warehouse experience preferred.
• Experience with WMS, ERP, or inventory management software is a plus.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to stand/walk for the duration of a shift and lift up to 50 lbs regularly.

Responsibilities

• Receiving & Unloading: assist in unloading shipments, inspect products for defects, and store in designated locations; obtain proper signatures on paperwork.
• Picking & Packing: locate products using warehouse technology, pack securely, and stage shipments.
• Inventory Management: record inbound/outbound data in Company systems; maintain organized floor and assist with cycle counts.
• Safety & Maintenance: adhere to OSHA and company safety policies to maintain a safe work environment.
• Equipment Operation: safely operate pallet jacks, carts, or dollies; perform other duties as assigned.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

A successful candidate will participate in all aspects of our warehouse operations and logistics workflows. This role is critical in building relationships with internal and external partnerships to ensure inventory accuracy, timely shipments, and smooth schedules. This is a hands‑on warehouse role for someone who thrives in an environment focused on accuracy, process improvement, and cross‑department collaboration.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

Receiving & Unloading

• Assist in unloading shipments, inspect products for defects and damages, and store in designated locations. Obtain proper and authorized signatures on paperwork.

Picking & Packing

• Locate products using warehouse technology, pack them securely, and stage shipments.

Inventory Management

• Record all inbound and outbound shipment data correctly within Company systems. Help maintain an organized floor plan and assist with periodic cycle counts to ensure stock levels are accurate.

Safety & Maintenance

• Adhere to all OSHA and Company safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe work environment.

Equipment Operation

• Safely operate pallet jacks, carts, or dollies to move heavy items.


• Other duties as assigned by Supervisor.

WHAT YOU NEED

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent required.


• Ability to stand/walk for the duration of a shift and lift up to 50 lbs regularly without assistance.


• Availability to work in the warehouse in person 5 days a week.

Experience:

• 1+ years of general warehouse experience preferred.


• Experience with WMS, ERP, or inventory management software is a plus.

Skills:

• Proven ability to multitask and prioritize.


• Proficient problem‑solving capabilities.


• Ability to pay close attention to detail.


• Effective time management to ensure completion of work.


• Basic computer proficiency.

Job Type: Part‑Time, Temporary | Remote Status: On‑site

Compensation Starting Range: $18 - $22/ hour
