Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Part Puller and Packer to join our warehouse team. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately pulling parts from inventory, packing items for shipment, and maintaining inventory levels. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a commitment to accuracy and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Accurately pull parts from storage locations based on part numbers and quantities provided on picking lists.
2. Prepare items for shipment, including packing, sealing, and labeling.
3. Inspect pulled parts for damage or defects before packing; report any issues to the supervisor.
4. Maintain accurate records of pulled and packed parts.
5. Assist with inventory control and participate in regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy.
6. Load and unload delivery trucks as needed.
7. Maintain a clean and safe working environment by following safety policies and procedures.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

1. High school diploma or equivalent.
2. Previous experience in a warehouse environment, preferably in pulling or packing roles.
3. Ability to read and understand picking lists and packing instructions.
4. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
5. Basic mathematical skills for counting and tallying items.
6. Physical stamina and ability to lift, carry, and move items up to 50 lbs.
7. Good communication and teamwork skills.
8. Ability to operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.

Work Schedule:

This is a full-time position with a typical schedule from Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 5:30 pm.
