Relogistics is seeking a dependable Pallet Sorter to hand-sort pallets in a busy distribution facility in Opelousas, LA. You will contribute to safety, cleanliness and efficient pallet flow while staying active throughout shifts. Hourly pay starts at $17.00 and overtime may be available.

Overview

As a Pallet Sorter, you’ll get to hand sort pallets within a distribution facility and ensure high levels of safety and cleanliness. This is the perfect role for someone looking to maintain high levels of activity and it is vital to the success of our customer’s production!

Hourly Pay:

$17.00/hr

Shift(s):

4th- Monday, Friday Saturday, Sunday:

3:30 PM - 2:00 AM

4th- Monday, Tuesday, Saturday, Sunday: 3:30 PM- 2:00 AM

Opelousas, LA

What You'll Do

• Hand stack pallets to appropriate heights

• Load and unload materials from trailers by hand

• Move pallets, or materials on pallets or in crates, around the distribution center

• Check loads to make sure they are secure

• Examine products to verify conformance to quality standards

• Coordinate trailers moves within yard management system

• Accurately complete production paperwork to track progress

• Communicate directly with Shift Lead or On-Site Manager regularly

• Ability to work in extreme conditions to include, but not limited to, elements, heat, cold, and air particulate
