48forty Solutions, LLC is hiring a Pallet Sorter in Upper Marlboro, MD. You will hand sort pallets in a distribution facility, ensuring safety and cleanliness while meeting daily production goals.

Position offers hourly pay of $18 and a 1st shift schedule. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, strong communication, and willingness to work overtime when needed.

• Communicate directly with Shift Lead or On-Site Manager regularly

Overview

As a Pallet Sorter, you’ll get to hand sort pallets within a distribution facility and ensure high levels of safety and cleanliness. This is the perfect role for someone looking to maintain high levels of activity and it is vital to the success of our customer’s production!

Hourly Pay:

$18.00/hr

Shift(s):

1st Shift: Tuesday - Friday 6:00am - 4:00pm

What You'll Do

• Hand stack pallets to appropriate heights

• Load and unload materials from trailers by hand

• Move pallets, or materials on pallets or in crates, around the distribution center

• Check loads to make sure they are secure

• Examine products to verify conformance to quality standards

• Coordinate trailers moves within yard management system

• Accurately complete production paperwork to track progress

• Communicate directly with Shift Lead or On-Site Manager regularly
