Ryder Supply Chain Solutions in Lockbourne, Ohio is hiring a permanent full-time Warehouse Associate to support our facility. You will handle inbound and outbound orders, operate select forklift equipment, and maintain safe, efficient warehouse operations.

Starting pay is $17.00 per hour with weekly pay, on-the-job training, and benefits including medical, dental, vision and 401(k). This role emphasizes teamwork, safety, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Six months of related warehouse experience required.
• Learn to operate powered industrial trucks and related equipment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted.

Responsibilities

• Package, kit and/or assemble orders and materials.
• Load and unload inbound/outbound trailers; ensure correct scanning.
• Perform picking, packing, and material moves as needed.
• Maintain housekeeping and safety in the assigned area.
• Support training and implementation of new procedures.
