Job summary

CJ Pony Parts is hiring Warehouse Operations Associates to support inbound receiving, order fulfillment, and returns processing. This role helps ensure accurate inventory, on-time shipping, and a safe, organized warehouse environment.

You will operate warehouse equipment, verify shipments, pick and pack orders, and maintain clean staging areas while meeting safety and productivity standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Warehouse experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.
• Comfortable using scanners and basic computer systems.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Receive and verify inbound shipments.
• Pick, inspect, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
• Process customer returns and document inventory updates.
• Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts, reach trucks).
• Put away products and stage shipments.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Follow safety policies and meet productivity goals.

Location: Harrisburg, PA
Schedule: Monday-Friday, Day Shift (multiple schedules available)
Pay: $14-$18/hour, based on experience
Pay Frequency: Biweekly
