Design Within Reach is looking for Warehouse Associates to join our team! To uphold our high shipping standards, you'll work in a fast-paced environment as you receive, pack and ship DWR merchandise.

What you’ll do:

You’ll have opportunities to improve processes, foster teamwork and build relationships every day as you:

• Unload or pack freight.
• Prepare receipts to help separate freight by SKU #.
• Stack and palletize product to utilize storage.
• Label each carton with barcode labels in a uniform manner.
• Count and verify quantities to a Packing list.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

A starting compensation range for this role is $19.00 - $20.00. Relevant salary considerations will include candidate qualifications and experience, other business/organizational needs and market factors . You may also be eligible to receive a geographic premium, annual discretionary incentive and equity awards which are subject to the rules governing these programs.
