Job summary

Heritage Pool Supply - San Diego is seeking a Warehouse Associate to stock, organize, and manage inventory, fulfill customer orders, and support daily shipping and receiving.

You will lift up to 75 pounds, move heavy products with forklifts or pallet jacks, follow safety procedures, and keep a clean, safe work area. Prior warehouse experience is preferred; bilingual in Spanish may be helpful in some locations. Competitive pay and benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to lift and handle freight/materials up to 75 pounds throughout the workday.
• English reading/writing; bilingual Spanish may be required in specific locations.
• Comfortable using basic math in daily tasks.
• High school diploma or equivalent to both education and experience.
• At least 1 year of experience in a distribution, fulfillment or warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Stock and organize products safely and accurately.
• Pull and prepare customer orders for pick-up or delivery.
• Load and unload the delivery trucks.
• Count and verify incoming and outgoing inventory.
• Rotate stock and report any damaged or missing items.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Follow company safety guidelines and procedures.
• Move heavy products with equipment such as forklifts or pallet jacks.
