Job summary

Aramark is hiring a Warehouse Worker to handle incoming products, prepare orders, and maintain inventory accuracy. You will receive, inspect, label, and organize goods, applying FIFO for perishables and ensuring safety and cleanliness in a busy warehouse.

You'll operate pallet jacks or forklifts as needed, perform routine counts, and complete administrative records. The role requires basic math, good communication, and physical stamina.

Qualifications

• Must be over 18 years of age.
• High school education or equivalent preferred.
• 2 years of prior warehouse experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Manual dexterity required for operating machinery.
• Able to lift up to 50 lb frequent lifting and/or carrying objects weighing up to 35 lb.
• Some client locations require a current valid driver's license. If this is required, an MVR will be run as part of your pre-employment screening process.

Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect products, label items, and report discrepancies in reconciliation of deliveries and invoices.
• Organize and store all incoming products in assigned locations, applying FIFO for perishable products.
• Train and operate a manual pallet jack, electric pallet jack, and/or forklifts if required.
• Pick inventory to assemble orders for requisitions or established par levels.
• Follow all Standard Operating Procedures to meet accuracy and production standards.
• Load, unload and transport products and materials within the warehouse and to client locations as needed.
• Conduct routine physical inventory counts based on location schedules.
• Complete administrative duties including inventory count documents, temperature and spoilage logs, inspections, and other records.
• Maintain clean work areas and adhere to safety policies, PPE and OSHA requirements.
• Ensure security of client and company assets and interact with clients and staff as required.
• Role may require physical demands such as lifting, bending, pushing, pulling and extended walking/standing.
