Job summary

AtWork Group in The Woodlands, TX is seeking an Order Picker to join a fast-paced warehouse team. You will locate products and pick items according to orders, using RF scanners to ensure accuracy and preparing shipments with care.

This role requires standing and walking for long periods, lifting 25–50 lbs, and moving goods with pallet jacks or forklifts. Pay ranges from $16.00 to $18.00 per hour, with daytime shifts.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Ability to stand, walk, and move for long periods.
• Ability to lift 25–50 lbs regularly.
• Basic understanding of warehouse tools or RF scanners.
• Physically active environment.

Responsibilities

• Accurate order picking from warehouse racks or shelves based on order sheets or RF scanner instructions.
• Operate RF scanners to verify and track inventory accurately.
• Pack and prepare items for shipment with care and accuracy.
• Move products using pallet jacks or forklifts as needed.
• Quality check: ensure items are correct, undamaged, and match orders.
• Maintain a clean, safe workspace following warehouse safety procedures.

Your Daily Impact:

As an Order Picker, you play a key role in ensuring customers receive accurate and timely orders.

• Accurate Order Picking: Locate and select products from warehouse racks or shelves based on order sheets or RF scanner instructions

• Packing & Preparation: Pack and prepare items for shipment with care and accuracy
