What you'll be doing day to day

Contribute to fulfilling customer orders across different sales channels in the retail store by ensuring efficient product availability and replenishment processes.• Receive inbound goods and ensure inventory accuracy at the point of receiving.• Move products to their final selling locations (storage or sales floor).• Perform sales space replenishment with flexibility, following visual merchandising guidance.• Select goods for customers within the agreed time frame, ensuring high-quality delivery in a multichannel environment.• Follow store inventory control procedures, including proper transfer types and inventory counting.• Contribute to a workplace culture that reflects IKEA’s values, embracing diversity among co-workers and customers.

Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a high-volume warehouse or receiving/replenishment role.

Salary Range – $17.77 - $25.31/hr
