Express Employment Professionals - Cincinnati East is hiring a Warehouse Associate / Order Filler in Shakopee, MN. This entry-level role supports a brewing supply chain, handling order picking, packing, and inventory tasks in a fast-paced distribution center environment.

You will operate forklifts and electric pallet jacks, ensure accurate shipments, and participate in cycle counts while maintaining safety and sanitation standards. No smoking and PPE are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Prior warehouse experience preferred (1 year).
• Solid attention to detail with a team-player attitude.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Able to work in a dusty environment.
• Experience using RF scanners and maintaining stock inventory.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and pick customer orders per specific requirements.
• Operate forklifts and electric pallet jacks (forklift experience is a must).
• Prepare, label, and pack shipments accurately for delivery.
• Perform inventory control duties including cycle counts and stock rotation.
• Check product lot numbers, expiration dates, and manage damaged/expired inventory.
• Assist in shipping and receiving full truckloads.
• Maintain cleanliness and follow the sanitation schedule.
• Monitor and enforce food safety standards and no-smoking policies.
• Wear PPE including dust masks and steel toe boots as required.
