Wilbur‑Ellis in Redfield, SD is hiring a Warehouse Representative I to assist with inventory receipt, order fulfillment, and maintaining a safe, organized workspace. You will work with WMS systems, handheld devices, and RF equipment, while handling up to 50 lb loads and potentially operating a forklift.

Overtime during peak seasons is expected. We value a professional appearance, strong communication, and a willingness to learn.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience preferred.
• Maintain a professional appearance when interacting with customers.
• Forklift training will be offered on the job.
• Ability to repetitively bend and lift boxes and bags up to 50 pounds.
• Willingness to work overtime during busy seasons.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Receive and ship inventory items.
• Maintain accurate inventory records with proper paperwork.
• Meet and complete all regulatory safety requirements.
• Ensure warehouse cleanliness.
• Use scales and measures to fill containers accurately.
• Pull customer orders correctly for on-time delivery.
• Respond to inquiries in a timely and accurate manner.
