Chaparral Materials, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Worker to support warehouse operations on-site in Albuquerque. Responsibilities include maintaining safety standards, preparing orders, loading/unloading trucks, and organizing inventory to ensure accurate order fulfillment.

The role requires ability to lift up to 50 pounds, operate basic warehouse equipment, and work well in a team. Forklift experience is preferred, with opportunities for growth and training in a dynamic materials environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to safely load, unload, move, and stock materials.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate information accurately.

Responsibilities

• Maintain health and safety compliance with company policies.
• Prepare orders by processing requests and pulling materials.
• Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently.
• Maintain inventory controls and minimize damage.
• Organize the warehouse and manage bin locations.
• Establish and promote high standards of customer service.
• Ensure equipment is maintained and operated per standards.
• Operate forklift and warehouse equipment as trained.
• Assist with product storage and delivery setup activities.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
• Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.
