Norfolk-Iron- is hiring for multiple production roles with various shifts. No prior experience required, as we provide comprehensive training. You will learn to receive railcar shipments, load trailers, operate machinery including lasers and presses, and read blueprints to ensure accurate production.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Willing to learn and receive training for required tasks.
• Must follow safety guidelines and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Receiving railcar shipments and reading receiving reports/bills of lading.
• Loading trailers and operating various machinery.
• Operating flat lasers, tube lasers, press brakes, saws, shear, or plasma table.
• Reading and interpreting blueprints.
