Job Details

• Sign-on bonus: $2,000
• Pay: $21/hour, including shift differential
• Shift: S 4pm M-Th 5pm
• Eligible for productivity bonus paid with each paycheck
• Employment is contingent upon verification of pre-hire tests, which may include drug screening and background checks as permitted by law

What you will be doing:

• Order fulfillment: stocking, restocking, picking, packing, and outbound shipping of customer orders
• Performing daily cycle counts and researching discrepancies
• Using equipment to track, monitor, and verify products for distribution
• Maintaining a clean work area to ensure product safety and prevent injuries
• Verifying received products against documents and noting damages or discrepancies

Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent

Important Skills:

• Ability to work in a climate-controlled environment
• Proficiency in reading and understanding English
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting to meet distribution standards
• Motivated, dependable, with excellent attendance and punctuality
• Availability to work listed shift hours plus overtime as required
• Capability to perform repetitive manual tasks consistently

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
• Comfortable walking up to 8 miles per shift
• Ability to stand for extended periods

Nice to have:

• Warehouse or distribution experience (preferably under 1 year)
• Experience with RF scanning equipment
