Job summary

JobTailor is seeking a warehouse associate to safely perform inbound and outbound tasks and maintain accurate shipping processes in a fast-paced environment.

Candidates should be comfortable on their feet, able to lift up to 75 lbs, and committed to safety and teamwork while meeting productivity and attendance standards.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• Comfort standing for long periods and exposure to heat, cold, noise, and dust.
• Lift and move packages up to 75 lbs occasionally.
• Able to receive feedback and work well in a team.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Safely complete inbound and/or outbound warehouse tasks with attention to detail.
• Ensure products are shipped correctly to meet quality and delivery speed expectations.
• Meet safety, quality, productivity, and attendance requirements as needed.
• Operate scanning equipment and keep work area clean and organized per OSHA rules.
• Perform other tasks as directed by leadership.

Ensure products are shipped correctly to exceed customers' expectations for quality and delivery speed.

Meet safety, quality, productivity, behavior, attendance, and overtime requirements as needed.

Operate computerized scanning equipment and maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in compliance with OSHA and Hazardous Material requirements.

Perform other tasks as directed by leadership.

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age
• Comfort working on your feet with exposure to heat, cold, noise, and dust while working around moving equipment and elevated stations.
• The physical requirements for this position include frequently lifting, pushing, and sliding packages that typically weigh up to 50 lbs., and may have to occasionally lift up to 75 lbs.
• Ability to receive feedback and work well in a team environment.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
