Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a warehouse associate to support inbound and outbound operations with meticulous attention to detail. You will unload, sort, label, replenish, audit, and pack products, ensuring accuracy, quality, and timely delivery while adhering to OSHA standards and safety guidelines.

Work involves standing for long periods, exposure to heat and cold, and operating various warehouse vehicles and powered equipment.

Qualifications

• Comfort standing for long periods with exposure to heat, cold, noise and dust.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and up to 75 lbs occasionally.
• Able to pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Safely complete inbound and/or outbound warehouse tasks with attention to detail.
• Unload, sort, label, replenish, audit, and pack products.
• Ensure products are shipped correctly to meet quality and delivery expectations.
• Meet safety, quality, productivity, attendance and overtime requirements as needed.
• Operate scanning equipment and maintain clean, safe work area in line with OSHA requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned by leadership.

Responsibilities

• Safely complete inbound and/or outbound warehouse tasks with strong attention to detail.
• For example, unloading, sorting, labeling, replenishing, auditing, and packing products.
• Ensure products are shipped correctly to exceed customers' expectations for quality and delivery speed.
• Meet safety, quality, productivity, behavior, attendance, and overtime requirements as needed.
• Operate computerized scanning equipment and maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in compliance with OSHA and Hazardous Material requirements.
• Perform other tasks as directed by leadership.

Requirements

• Comfort working on your feet with exposure to heat, cold, noise, and dust while working around moving equipment and elevated stations.
• At least 18 years of age.
• The physical requirements for this position include frequently lifting, pushing, and sliding packages that typically weigh up to 50 lbs., and may have to occasionally lift up to 75 lbs.
• Ability to receive feedback and work well in a team environment.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
• For PIE operators: ability to operate warehouse vehicles, material handling equipment and powered industrial equipment, including Crown, Pacer, Reach Truck, Order Picker, Barrett and Turret Truck.
