Warehouse Associate - Night Shift Monday-Thursday

Join us at Winebow as a Warehouse Associate - Night Shift Monday-Thursday.

Job Summary: Using documented process flows, the Distribution Center (DC) Associate may be assigned to receive inbound product, move product to stock locations, replenish pick slots, fulfill outbound orders, or perform related tasks.

Essential Functions
  • Unload inbound containers.
  • Receive and label products using Warehouse Management System (WMS) with handheld RF equipment.
  • Move products safely and accurately to inventory locations.
  • Transfer products from reserve to picking locations, meeting productivity standards.
  • Read and apply picking labels for outbound orders.
  • Move products to staging lanes or conveyor stations.
  • Follow RF or voice-directed picking instructions.
  • Participate in physical inventory counts.
  • Maintain a safe, clean work environment.
  • Report breakages immediately.
  • Adhere to safety policies and suggest improvements.
  • Arrive punctually for work and meetings.
  • Achieve set goals and objectives.
  • Perform any additional tasks assigned by the supervisor.
Working Conditions

Warehouse environment with potential loud noise, temperature, and weather extremes. Equipment used includes pallet jacks, forklifts, cherry pickers, reach trucks, RF devices, voice pick systems, and standard office equipment.

Physical Requirements

Manual dexterity, visual acuity, reaching, bending, sitting, standing, and lifting up to 50 pounds frequently.

Minimum Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Ability to obtain forklift certification within 6 months; forklift certification preferred.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Ability to work extended hours as needed.
