Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or equivalent, be able to work in climate-controlled settings, and perform repetitive manual tasks efficiently. Physical requirements include lifting up to 50 lbs and walking or standing for extended periods. Warehouse or distribution experience and RF scanning proficiency are preferred.

Skills such as dependability, punctuality, motivation, and the ability to work in a team are essential. Overtime may be required to meet delivery deadlines.
