Job summary

Coastal Elite Pro is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support fast-paced distribution services. You'll receive, pick, stage orders, handle returns, and manage inventory; verify shipments, inspect for defects, and report discrepancies.

Responsibilities also include stocking shelves, using RF devices, data entry, and conducting inventory counts. Role requires a high school diploma or GED, 1 year of relevant distribution experience, basic math, and strong organizational and communication skills.

• Assisting in training new associates and performing related duties as assigned.

Qualifications Include

• At least one year of relevant work experience with a good understanding of distribution workflow.
• Ability to read, understand English, and possess basic math skills.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Physical ability to work in a warehouse environment, including lifting and operating equipment.
• Basic computer knowledge preferred; safety and OSHA standards compliance required.
• Team player with problem-solving skills and willingness to work overtime when needed.
