Job Overview

We are seeking Product Support Associates for both Full-Time and Part-Time positions. As a TEAM member, you will play a vital role in ensuring stores receive and stage merchandise in alignment with our core values and creative vision. Your responsibilities include assisting Store Management and Visual Merchandising to maintain warehouse safety, showroom standards, receiving, and inventory guidelines, along with performing daily back-end operations according to company policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and ship merchandise, adhering to company guidelines to limit shrink
• Stage showroom and outlet merchandise according to visual standards
• Assemble merchandise carefully to minimize damage
• Coordinate and prepare merchandise for shipping
• Assist with customer product pickups
• Conduct inventory as required
• Exhibit The Bob’s Way in customer interactions
• Maintain safety and cleanliness in warehouse and showroom
• Assist with café duties as directed
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Flexibility to work a 5-day retail schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
