• Communicate and partner with the General Manager, vendors, and airport staff to ensure compliance with rules and regulations for merchandise delivery and movement.
• Provide excellent customer service through efficient inventory control and distribution processes.
• Properly utilize and respect company-issued tools and resources, following security practices.
• Maintain good working relationships with fellow associates.
• Keep the warehouse safe, clean, and compliant with health and safety regulations.
• Accurately conduct receiving, cycle counts, product returns, and transfer transactions using handheld or company equipment.
• Complete required process controls (e.g., paperwork) accurately and efficiently.
• Apply stock security measures consistently as per defined processes.
• Resolve inventory control issues and escalate when necessary.
• Report discrepancies to management according to established procedures.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including food safety standards.
• Follow the First In, First Out (FIFO) process.
• Manage time effectively.
• Create and deliver first-class experiences for travelers, whether in national brands or local concepts.
