Job summary

OnTrac in Houston, TX is seeking Package Handlers to join a dynamic and expanding company where you can learn and contribute. The role focuses on safety, teamwork, and efficiency in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Pay is $17.50 per hour with shifts from 5:00AM-9:00AM or 3:00PM-9:00PM. Hours may vary based on business needs; End of Sort defines daily completion. Must be 18+, able to stand, and lift 50–75 lbs. Great benefits and growth opportunities offered.

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Basic English language proficiency (spoken and written) required for safety and instructions.
• Ability to stand for long periods and work in a warehouse environment.
• Ability to regularly lift, push, pull and move items averaging 50lbs and up to 75lbs.

• Unload trailers and sort packages by zip codes.
• Load trucks for deliveries.
• Be a team player – everyone works together to get the job done.

Pay: $17.50/hr

Shifts: 5:00AM - 9:00AM; 3:00PM - 9:00PM both shifts could last until End of Sort

• Monday - Thursday
• Wednesday - Sunday
• Friday - Tuesday
• Sunday - Wednesday
• Thursday - Saturday

Hours may vary based on business needs. “End of Sort” is defined as the completion of all required sort work for the day and clean-up activities, as directed by site management.

As a Package Handler, you are an integral part of the operations team, contributing to the smooth functioning of the warehouse. With a focus on quality and adherence to safety protocols, you play a vital role in maintaining a productive and secure work environment.
