Job description

Personalize with Precision: Become a Monogram Associate, turning leather goods into lasting keepsakes!

Note: The warehouse location is NOT on a convenient bus line, so reliable transportation is required.

Job purpose

The Monogram Associate will perform heat-press generated monogramming on leather goods and accessories. Previous experience with a debossing machine is not required, but an artistic inclination and familiarity with font placement are preferred. Experience with foil stamping or clicker presses is helpful but not necessary. The ideal candidate will work independently and efficiently in a positive, deadline-driven team environment. Additional duties may include picking/packing customer orders and prepping monogram items for shipping.

Duties and responsibilities

• Monogramming leather goods and accessories using a heat-press machine.
• Preparing monograms, including unpacking items, selecting fonts and foil colors, and reviewing placement.
• Packing and re-packing customer orders.
• Picking customer orders.
• Receiving inventory and maintaining control.
• Auditing orders and monogram preparation.
• Performing other warehouse duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Ability to read a ruler and measure accurately.
• Attention to detail, especially in centering and straight lines.
• Ability to perform precise, detailed work with minimal errors.
• Strong reading comprehension for customer orders.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Flexibility to work 6 days during peak season (October to January) or as needed.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Patience and a high level of focus preferred.

Working conditions

The work environment is temperature-controlled but may include periods in non-temperature-controlled areas. Equipment contains heat elements, which can cause burns if touched improperly.
