Responsibilities include using RF-Smart/WMS for picking and receiving, operating forklifts safely, and collaborating with teams to optimize warehouse efficiency. A high school diploma and basic computer skills are required.

Salary Range: $15.00 - $17.35 Hourly

Job Purpose: The Warehouse Associate at Renew Wellness Brands LLC plays a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of our warehouse. This position is responsible for managing the flow of products and materials, maintaining inventory accuracy, and supporting the overall logistics of the company. The Warehouse Associate contributes to the seamless functioning of the supply chain, ensuring that products are stored, handled, and dispatched in a timely and organized manner.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect incoming shipments to ensure accuracy and quality.
• Organize and store products in designated areas, maintaining orderliness and accessibility.
• Prepare and process orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Conduct regular inventory checks and report discrepancies to management.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize warehouse operations and improve efficiency.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards within the warehouse environment.
• Assist in the implementation of warehouse policies and procedures.
• Communicate effectively with other departments to coordinate logistics and resolve issues.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge related to warehouse operations.

Hourly Rate

Hourly Rate: $15.00/hour, plus the potential to make more after 90 days. And the potential to earn up to $17.35/hour through our monthly performance-based bonus program. Weekend shift differential of $4.00/hour with potential to earn $21.35/hour.

Schedule/Shift

Part-time or full-time shifts available within the following hours: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM-6:00 PM; Saturday, 7:00 AM-2:00 PM; and/or Sunday, 9:00 AM-3:00 PM. Shift lengths vary; working the full daily time frame is not required. Weekend schedules may include every weekend or rotating weekends.

Essential Functions

• Picks orders utilizing RF-Smart Warehouse Management System.
• Receives product utilizing RF-Smart and NetSuite.
• Performs Bin Putaway utilizing RF-Smart.
• Packs and ships orders using ShipHawk.
• Meets or exceeds department minimum performance goals.
• Cleans and straightens work areas as necessary.
• Demonstrates a commitment to a culture of safety.
• Maintains regular and predictable attendance per our attendance policy.
• Adheres to scheduled work and break times.

Required Education, Credentials, and Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic computer skills.

Preferred Education, Credentials, and Experience

• Experience using any Enterprise Resource Planning system (ERP), Warehouse Management System (WMS) or shipping partner.

Work Environment

Warehouse environment with constant moderate noise not requiring personal protective equipment. Occasional exposure to outdoor elements, low or high temperatures, and small, enclosed walk-in cooler.

Physical Demands

Constantly or often remains in a stationary position for prolonged periods, moves about to accomplish tasks, adjusts or moves objects up to 10 pounds, pushes or pulls objects, reaches overhead, reaches at or below shoulder level, stoops, crouches or kneels, ascends and descends ladders or stairs, uses gross manipulation that requires the use of the entire arm, uses fine manipulation that requires the use of the fingers, communicates with others to exchange information, enters text or data into a computer or other device, reads and comprehends text, performs tasks that require close vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust eye focus.
