Job summary

Legends is seeking a Warehouse Staff member for The MDen (Michigan) to assemble and route items in a distribution center. The role supports order fulfillment, packing and shipping, and inventory accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED and may prefer WMS/TWL experience and a valid driver’s license. Cross-training across DC/Production areas is possible, with emphasis on teamwork and safety.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• WMS/TWL experience a plus.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Process internal and external customer orders via the Order fulfillment or Shipping functions.
• Meet quality standards and inventory control expectations.
• Assist in shipments of orders and through shipping and packaging functions.
• Restock bin locations with items daily.
• Use TWL and RF scanner to pick sales orders and transfers.
• Meet daily production expectations in assigned work areas.
• Work in cross-functional roles to meet daily production demands.
• General housekeeping, maintenance and organization of the dock and inventory area.
• May be cross-trained in other areas of the DC/Production.
• Other duties may be assigned.

THE ROLE

Assembles and routes items by performing the following duties.

QUALIFICATIONS

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• WMS/TWL experience a plus.
• Valid driver’s license.

Practice TCE (Total Customer Experience) Training Requirements

Proficient and highest level of knowledge on LGM’s systems, policies & procedures.

This job has no supervisory responsibilities.

Physical Demands

Some physical exertion required. Must occasionally lift and/or move 0 to 75 pounds. Regularly required to sit, stand, walk, and occasionally bend and move about the facility.

Work Environment

Works in a distribution center environment. The Distribution Center environment is not climate controlled. Will be exposed to dust, odors, and noise.
