WH International Casting LLC is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support outbound fulfillment. Under supervision, you will pick and move Genie plate racks and totes, following Plate SOPs and maintaining accurate inventory using RF scanners and a Warehouse Management System.

You will also replenish master inventory, assist with shipping handoffs, and stay trained to cover for teammates as needed. The role emphasizes safety, timely order fulfillment, and collaboration with the production team.

Competenze

• Fluent in Mandarin or Spanish and English.
• High School Diploma required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Reach truck/forklift certification with 5+ years experience.
• OSHA certifications and forklift certification preferred.
• Random alcohol and drug testing required.

Description

Role and Responsibilities

• Under the supervision of the Outbound Team Lead, responsible for picking, kitting, moving of Genie plate racks and totes in a timely and accurate manner.
• Follow Plate SOP to ensure an error-free picking and kitting by familiarizing him/herself with inventory SKU’s, part metrics and appearances and storage locations.
• Monitor production inventory and replenish from master inventory to ensure smooth operations; ensure appropriate master and production inventory level; bring to Lead’s attention when production/master inventories are below alert line.
• Use RF scanner or PDA to pick plates to help maintain accurate inventory in the system.
• Scan PO when racks are ready for handover for outbound to ensure accurate deduction of inventory from system.
• Ready to be trained or cross-trained for all production team positions to back up team members during their absence.
• Report to Production Lead whenever available to help team members for timely fulfillment of all orders.
• Communicate to colleagues on day-to-day processes, workflow activities, and safety protocols.
• Safely operate, maintain and upkeeping of gas, electric, or manual material handling equipment (high reach truck, forklift, pallet jacks, cranes, pickers, etc.), designated tools, or other processes
• Follow safety standards among the racks and in the warehouse
• Maintain warehouse, including the security of facility and integrity of inventory
• Ability to remain in compliance according to the requirements of the company's warehouse management system
• Preserves safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, and workstations neat.
• Make suggestions in formulating, revising, and perfecting the warehouse best practices and shipping workflow to make the daily work of the warehouse faster and more organized
• Other tasks assigned by supervisor/manager

Requirements

Qualifications and Education Requirements

• Bilingual - must be fluent in Mandarin or Spanish (Speak, read, write) and English
• Must possess High School Diploma (College degree preferred)
• Routinely lift and moves weighs of up to 50lbs.
• Reach truck/Forklift Certification – 5 years or more on reach truck/forklift
• Clean driving record, ability to obtain forklift certification, and OSHA certifications
• Must pass random alcohol and drug testing

Ecommerce warehouse, RF Scanners, and warehouse management system experience are preferred

• Experience with MS Office software and Warehouse Management Systems
• Three years of warehouse work experience, familiar with the working procedures of warehouse shipping, location storage, and delivery arrangements
• Positive and professional work ethic
• Ability to come to work on time each day
