Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated Maintenance/ Destruction Technician to join our Operations team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for accurately and securely processing and destroying all materials delivered to the facility.

You will operate destruction machinery, perform preventive maintenance, and maintain security of customer material. The job requires physical work in a non-climate controlled environment and lifting up to 225 pounds, with training available for

Qualifications

  • Current experience in a production or warehousing environment.
  • Proven ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting heavy bags, pushing rolling carts, and pulling two-and four-wheeled containers weighing up to 225 pounds.
  • Strong knowledge of machinery operation, with preference given to candidates possessing Bobcat and Forklift experience.
  • Ability to work an 8-hour shift in a non-climate controlled atmosphere, which includes about five hours spent on machine operation (Forklift/Bobcat).

Reasonably expected salary range: $48,200.00 - $60,300.00
