Epic Personnel Partners is actively hiring Warehouse Associates for a logistics and distribution partner in Bloomfield, CT.

Pay Rate: $16.35-$19.96/hr
Schedule: Full-Time | 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift | Temp to Hire

Duties: The Warehouse Associate will handle inventory, operate warehouse equipment, and ensure orders are accurately prepared and shipped.

Responsibilities:

• Operate EPJ, Forklift, Hi-Lo, and Cherry Picker equipment.
• Load, unload, and move materials safely and efficiently.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment.
• Perform routine equipment checks and report issues.
• Maintain a clean and safe workspace.

Requirements:

• Experience with EPJ, Forklift, Hi-Lo, and/or Cherry Picker.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Team player with good communication skills.
