Job Description
Location: Kansas City, MO
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Adhere to established processes for daily shipping and receiving of all incoming and outbound freight.
- Verify product received matches packing slip and/or purchase order and record in system.
- Verify non-inventoried components, communicate/document discrepancies and part swaps.
- Load or unload materials manually or with a forklift, on or off pallets, platforms, skids, or lifting devices.
- Verify, update, and create bin locations for all inventoried parts.
- Verify inventory is labeled and system is updated with any changes.
- Replenish shelves with incoming stock orders and perform daily spot checks on inventory.
- Pick parts kits prior to production start.
- Process returned parts after job completion to ensure correct parts are applied and returned to inventory properly.
- Assist technicians in retrieving correct parts during production and apply to work orders.
- Inform Supervisor of inventory discrepancies.
- Perform parts runs between locations using company vehicle.
- Pull and package items for vendor returns.
- Perform forklift maintenance checklist daily.
- Assist with cycle counting and year-end physical inventory.
- Maintain organized and clean warehouse.
- Perform clerical duties including data entry and filing.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Ability to perform moderate to heavy lifting
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts, with certification

- Knowledge of trucks and equipment (preferred)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license
- Good attendance record
- Pass pre-employment drug test, physical, and audiogram
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Independent problem-solving skills
Working Conditions:
- Scheduled work with punctual attendance, Monday-Friday, start between 5:00 am & 7:00 am
- Mostly in shop and outside
- Safety gear required; exposure to bright lights, temperatures, noise, dust, fumes
- Use of carts, forklifts, hand trucks, pallet jacks, cranes
Physical Requirements:
- Vision in close proximity
- Walk and stand on concrete and uneven surfaces for 8+ hours
- Lift up to 50 lbs; team lift for heavier items
- Climb ladders, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl
