Summary

JOB DESCRIPTION

The CSC Associate’s primary responsibilities include processing incoming stock and materials, picking orders from stock, packing and shipping orders, and organizing the warehouse.

Primary Duties And Responsibilities

1. Observe and follow safety rules as prescribed by the safety policies, including wearing required PPE. Complete an expected amount of work based on time studies in accordance with schedule. Operate all necessary equipment proficiently.
2. Prepare orders by pulling materials, checking for accuracy, packing boxes, and placing orders in the delivery area.
3. Drive and operate forklift after certification (company provides certification).
4. Load/unload containers and trucks, check materials, report discrepancies, and store stock properly.
5. Maintain a safe and clean environment by organizing the warehouse and performing daily housekeeping.
6. Comply with OSHA and safety regulations, wearing safety equipment at all times.
7. Perform cycle count inventory.
8. Cross-train and perform Shipper/Receiver duties, including printing receipts, preparing shipping labels, checking received goods, routing materials, maintaining records, and processing orders with various shipping carriers.
9. Cross-train and perform Cutter/Slitter duties, including setting up and operating machines, reading work orders, assisting with maintenance, and ensuring safety compliance.
10. Maintain regular attendance and follow company policies and procedures.
11. Perform other duties as assigned.

Knowledge And Skills Requirements

• High school diploma/GED preferred
• 1+ years’ experience in retail or e-commerce preferred; will receive on-the-job training
