In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Handle and identify materials
• Manually load FedEx Ground small parcel cartons
• Perform daily follow-up on all warehouse-related functions, including housekeeping
• Cross-train in other departments
• Complete miscellaneous tasks assigned by supervisor

For This Role, You Will Need:

• High School diploma or equivalent experience
• Strong communication skills
• Basic math skills, including counting
• Attention to detail with the ability to follow specific instructions
• Able to meet department quality, attendance, and productivity standards
• Lift up to 50 lbs; tools available to assist with heavier lifting and moving
• Able to stand, squat, bend, lift, and lean for up to 8 hours per day

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior warehouse or operations experience
