The Staff Pad in Lenexa, KS is hiring a Warehouse Associate to support logistics and sales. The role emphasizes customer service, showroom/warehouse upkeep, and safe handling of inventory in a hands-on, team-based environment.

Responsibilities include processing will-call and shipping orders, verifying accuracy, stocking and rotating inventory, and operating forklifts and packaging equipment. Competitive benefits available.

Qualifications

• 1 year of warehouse experience preferred.
• Knowledge of low-voltage products is a plus.
• Basic Microsoft Office skills expected.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional service to customers while upholding standards.
• Maintain showroom and warehouse standards according to safety guidelines.
• Complete regulatory training, including Hazmat and forklift training.
• Communicate with Branch and Corporate Management about outcomes and issues.
• Prepare and organize will-call and shipping orders; ensure accuracy.
• Verify orders for accuracy and quality control.
• Package products to minimize damage and manage costs.
• Enter shipping information into the ERP/shipping system.
• Receive products from carriers and verify quantities.
• Stock products in warehouse and showroom; rotate inventory as needed.
• Operation of forklifts, pallet jacks, and related equipment.
