Job Description

Job Summary:
Construction Materials Group is seeking a versatile Delivery Driver/Warehouse Associate to join our team. This dual role involves operating a truck with a GVW under 26,000 lbs, loading and unloading freight, and maintaining a clean and safe storage area.

Duties:

• Maintain a safe and orderly warehouse
• Unload incoming freight with a forklift
• Load out customers manually and with a forklift
• Clean and organize warehouse and yard
• Safely operate flatbed trucks for transportation
• Load and unload bulky construction materials
• Perform vehicle inspections and maintenance
• Follow truck driving regulations and company policies
• Report incidents or accidents immediately
• Operate forklift safely during loading and unloading

Qualifications:

• Ability to work safely without constant supervision
• Follow directions and solve problems effectively
• Proficiency in operating heavy equipment
• Experience with freight loading/unloading and securing
• Ability to lift 55 to 85 pounds frequently
• Familiarity with city driving and navigation
• Understanding of warehouse and yard layout
• Construction site delivery experience is a plus
• Clean driving record for the past 3 years
• Willing to undergo pre-employment drug screening
