Job Description

Cintas is seeking a Warehouse Associate – Loader/Unloader to support the Rental Division. Loader/Unloaders are responsible for driving company trucks to designated areas in the facility for unloading soiled products. They then load clean uniforms, floor mats, and other customer products onto trucks based on specified routes. Maintaining cleanliness of the work area and meeting standards for quantity and quality of loaded/unloaded products are essential responsibilities.

Skills/Qualifications

Work Eligibility (prior to first day):

  • Must be authorized to work in the US.
  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Must have a valid driver's license.

Work Expectations:

  • Adhere to attendance policies.
  • Work safely around others for extended periods.
  • Operate in a fast-paced, schedule-driven environment under time constraints.
  • Be comfortable with exposure to temperature variations and outdoor elements.
  • Handle soiled materials with protective equipment.

Physical Qualifications:

  • Stand for most of the shift.
  • Perform stretching, bending, squatting, and reaching activities.
  • Lift and move materials regularly.
