Job Description

Cintas is seeking a Warehouse Associate – Loader/Unloader to support the Rental Division. Responsibilities include driving company trucks to designated areas for unloading soiled products, then loading clean uniforms, floor mats, and other customer products onto trucks based on assigned routes. The role requires maintaining cleanliness of the work area and meeting or exceeding standards for quantity and quality of loaded/unloaded products.

Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the US.
• At least 18 years old.
• Valid driver's license.

Work Expectations

• Adhere to attendance policies.
• Work safely near others for extended periods.
• Work in a fast-paced, schedule-driven environment under time pressures.
• Exposure to hot/cold temperatures and the elements.
• Handle soiled or odorous materials with protective equipment.

Physical Qualifications

• Stand for most of the shift.
• Stretch, bend, squat, reach as needed.
• Lift/move materials frequently.
