This labor-intensive position involves hand building pallets of product for bulk and route trucks, requiring strict attention to order accuracy. Employees work from electronic order systems or sheets, using forklifts and electronic pallet jacks. Responsibilities include ensuring loading accuracy, maintaining a clean and safe environment, and working in various weather conditions. The role involves moving pallets, unloading raw materials, and loading products onto trailers or trucks, with a focus on safety and efficiency.

Key duties include operating power pallet jacks or forklifts, marking load tickets, wrapping pallets, staging loads, completing partial pallets, and maintaining housekeeping standards. The position requires lifting 20-45 pounds repeatedly, standing, walking, bending, and reaching for extended periods.

Primary Job Accountabilities:

• Operate equipment to build and stage pallets as per load sheets or voice pick systems.
• Ensure accuracy in loading and documentation.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness in the work area.
• Attend reliably and predictably.

Basic Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years or older.

Helpful Experience:

• Warehouse environment experience, including use of powered pallet jacks and forklifts.
• Experience with racking systems and loading/unloading pallets.
• Teamwork and problem-solving skills.
