Core-Mark, a Performance Food Group Company, is seeking a warehouse associate in Minneapolis. You will move, track, and stock products in our distribution center, supporting inbound and outbound flows and ensuring quality standards.

This active role requires standing for the shift and the ability to lift cases up to 50 pounds; previous loader/warehouse experience is preferred. Day 1 benefits and a 4-day work week are offered.

• 6+ months of loader/warehouse experience.
• Must be able to work the scheduled times and overtime as required.
• Able to stand, walk, and lift repeatedly throughout shift.
• Able to lift 10–35 lbs and up to 60–90 lbs depending on location.
• Able to work in cooler, freezer and dry environments.
• Able to obtain forklift operation certification.

• Maintains safe, efficient movement of goods within the warehouse.
• Maintains inventory integrity by following system processes.
• Picks orders according to delivery route lists.
• Records quantities received or distributed.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Position Details:

• Pay: $20.50 an hour
• 4 Day work week!
• Sunday - Wednesday starting at 6pm

Position Details:

Warehouse associates are the foundation to our company's success. They work actively, safely, and independently to maintain the efficient flow of products through our distribution process, while ensuring quality standards. The Warehouse Person moves and tracks all inbound, outbound, and stored products within the warehouse. Offloads, stocks, selects, and replenishes products.

• This is an active & physical role that involves standing the entire shift & the ability to lift, push or pull cases weighing between 32 pounds and 50 pounds by hand repetitively.
• On average, Full case order selectors pick between 1200-1400 cases per shift totaling over (ex. 1 case of water is 32lbs each).

Responsibilities:

• Receives all inbound merchandise and locate proper pick location.
• Restocks order pick and flow lines to prepare warehouse for order selection.
• Ensures placement of product in sufficient quantities to accommodate routine or special demands.
• Maintains a high level of attention to detail by ensuring that proper attention is given to all areas including, but not limited to; balers, aisles, racking, floors, door pits, and other areas as assigned.
• Transfers merchandise from the receiving area to it appropriate location. Consolidates merchandise into picking containers as necessary.
• Packs products securely in cartons and totes. Ensures application of shipping ID and mark cartons/totes with truck run and stop number.
• Ensures safe and efficient movement and tracking of inbound, outbound, and stored products within the warehouse.
• Maintains inventory integrity by adhering to system processes.
• Pulls orders according to sequencing on delivery route/run list.
• Records number of materials or items received or distributed.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

• 6+ months of loader / warehouse experience
• Must be able to work the scheduled / assigned times and required overtime for the position
• Able to stand, walk, reach, and lift repeatedly throughout shift
• Able to lift, stack, and/or pull products off shelves, as well as replenish product, from various heights weighing between 10-35 pounds and generally up to between approximately 60 and 90 pounds, depending on the location, throughout shift
• Able to work in multi-temperature environments, i.e., cooler, freezer and dry
• Able to obtain certifications for powered equipment such as Forklift operation

Preferred qualifications:

• 1+ years of warehouse and/or distribution work experience
• Foodservice distribution or related industry experience
