Job summary

Amcor in Dallas, TX seeks a Warehouse Associate to safely load, unload and move materials within the plant and warehouse. You will operate hand trucks and forklifts, assemble orders and support shipping/receiving processes daily.

We value reliability, basic math and clear communication as you work with Production and Customer Service to keep operations running smoothly. This is a full-time on-site role with safety first guidance.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Good English writing & speaking skills.
• Basic math skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Basic computer systems knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Operates hand truck or various truck to move or convey shipments.
• Assembles finished goods orders and loads shipments based on SOPs.
• Prepares skids: straps, stretch wraps, weighs.
• Receives incoming shipments based on SOPs.
• Prints and pulls warehouse transfers and orders.
• Receives, inspects and stores merchandise or materials.
• Executes all aspects of shipping orders and receiving product from outside vendors.
• Restocks corrugated and production's needs.
• Works with Production and Customer Service departments.
• Assembles loads for other facilities as needed.
• Assists in training of new employees.
• Supports & complies with safety guidelines.
• Other duties as assigned.
