Job summary

A. Duie Pyle, Inc. is seeking a full-time Warehouser in Allentown, PA.

This role involves safely loading and unloading freight, organizing products, and packing/unpacking goods in a fast-paced warehouse. Prior warehousing or material handling experience is preferred and applicants should read, write, and speak English. Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent, preferred
• Prior warehousing, freight and/or logistics experience preferred
• Ability to frequently lift merchandise weighing in excess of 25 lbs
• Ability to read, write and speak English; communicate effectively

Responsibilities

• Loading and unloading trailers using appropriate equipment - carts, dollies, hand trucks, forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.
• Picking, packing, and staging freight for pickup
• Physically lifting and moving boxes
• Utilizing scanners to read, track and monitor freight throughout the warehouse
• Operating with a customer service first mentality
• Maintain a flexible schedule, including but not limited to day and night shifts, weekends and or holiday work
