Job summary

Randstad USA is seeking a reliable light industrial worker in Salisbury, NC to join our production team. You will perform repetitive assembly tasks, assist with machine tending, and ensure product quality through visual inspections. Packing, labeling, and pallet preparation are also part of the role.

The position requires the ability to lift up to 75 lbs, stand for long periods, and adapt to multiple tasks during each mandate. Training is provided and safety rules must be followed.

Responsibilities

• Perform repetitive light assembly tasks or machine tending on production lines.
• Conduct visual quality inspections and report defects.
• Pack products, apply shipping labels, and prepare pallets.
• Assist with staging materials to keep production lines stocked.
• Learn new procedures and adapt to different roles per mandate.
