Job summary

Randstad USA is seeking a reliable light industrial worker in Salisbury, NC to join our production team. You will perform repetitive assembly tasks, assist with machine tending, and ensure product quality through visual inspections. Packing, labeling, and pallet preparation are also part of the role.

The position requires the ability to lift up to 75 lbs, stand for long periods, and adapt to multiple tasks during each mandate. Training is provided and safety rules must be followed.

Responsibilities

Job description

Your responsibilities:

• Production assembly: perform repetitive light assembly tasks or machine tending duties on production lines.
• Quality checks: conduct visual quality inspections on finished components, removing and reporting any defective items.
• Packaging and labeling: accurately pack products into cartons, apply correct shipping labels, and prepare pallets for movement.
• Inventory staging: assist with staging materials, ensuring production lines are constantly stocked with necessary components.
• Skill adaptability: quickly learn new procedures and adapt to different roles within the light industrial setting during each mandate.

Work hours:

07:00 AM - 03:00 PM

Qualifications:

Dress code:

Shirts or t-shirts must have sleeves and be without any holes or rips. Pants without any holes or rips. No profane or suggestive texts and images. Closed toe and non slip footwear only.
