SUMMARY:The Warehouse Associate is responsible for the completeness and accuracy of all customer orders filled. The right candidate will operate warehouse equipment such as a pallet jack, barcode scanner, and wrapper machine to build and send appropriate orders.


ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:In addition to those listed in the Summary section above, the following are duties necessary to meet the minimum requirements of the position. Other duties may be assigned:

  • Responsibility for the organization and inventory accuracy for a10,000 sq ft warehouse
  • Pulling orders, palletizing, shrinkwrapping, loading trucks
  • Filling in for delivery drivers occasionally: delivery with 16’ box truck
  • Unloading palletized and loose filters from inbound vendors and putting stock away
  • Fabrication of custom filters. Must be comfortable using a band saw
  • Using Camfil’s MRP system to adjust Inventory and ship and receive
  • Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations
  • Availability for daily/weekly overtime
  • Cross-train in other positions within the facility based on business needs
  • Complete special projects and other duties as assigned

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
  • 2 years of stable work history. Experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment preferred.
  • Valid and clean state driver’s license.
  • Computer skills a plus.
  • Reliability a must.
  • Must be comfortable using a band saw.
  • Ability to read a tape measure.
  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand and walk for continuous periods throughout the day.
  • The employee frequently is required to reach with hands and arms.
  • Must be able to use both hands in a repetitive motion.
  • The employee must frequently lift and /or move up to 40 pounds.
  • Criminal Background Check and Drug Screen required upon hire.


WORK ENVIRONMENT:While performing the duties of this job, the employee is exposed to office and warehouse environments. The work environmentwillrequire the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) in certain areas.Must be able to access and navigate each department at the organization’s facilities.
