Job Summary

The Outbound Team Lead is responsible for leading and coordinating daily outbound warehouse operations to ensure the accurate, timely, and efficient shipment of products to customers and distribution locations. This role provides hands-on leadership to warehouse associates, promotes a safe work environment, maintains operational excellence, and ensures compliance with company policies and procedures. QUALIFICATIONS
