**Position Overview:**

The Parts Warehouse Associate I is responsible for providing excellent customer service and maintaining an organized warehouse operation through basic warehouse processes and inventory management.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Providing exceptional customer service.
  2. Maintaining a clean, organized, professional, and safe (COPS) work environment.
  3. Understanding warehouse operations including picking, packing, staging, putting away, delivering orders, and maintaining customer will call.
  4. Understanding cores, ship desk, hose fabrication, and will call processes.
  5. Applying basic inventory control principles.
  6. Performing other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  1. High school diploma or GED; or 1-3 months related experience/training.
  2. Ability to pass WorkSteps test.
  3. li>Ability to work overtime, including weekends, holidays, or evenings as needed.
  4. Effective communication skills.
  5. Basic math skills and ability to interpret data and graphs.
  6. Ability to follow detailed instructions and solve problems involving concrete variables.
  7. Knowledge of database, internet, inventory, and order processing software.
  8. Valid driver’s license and ability to meet driving requirements.
  9. Ability to obtain and maintain forklift certification.
