Job Description: Warehouse Associate

This position is for an outdoor warehouse environment without air conditioning. We are seeking a dynamic, hard-working individual with a background in warehousing or a similar field and a desire to work for a fast-paced company. In addition to exceptional customer service skills, candidates should have a 'can do' attitude. We aim to grow our team with energetic and enthusiastic individuals committed to creating the best experience for our customers.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Restock merchandise and/or materials.
• Perform oil/grease readings and tank inspections.
• Prepare lists of depleted items and recommend surveys of defective or unusable items.
• Top load customer tank vehicles with fuel.
• Pick and pull orders for customer delivery.
• Load delivery vehicles with inventory.
• Inspect all drums for cleanliness, holes, or dents.
• Remove drip pans and drain into waste oil tanks; clean up any spilled oil.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Ability to work with gas and diesel products safely.
• Comfortable working outdoors all day.
• Regularly lift 50+ lbs.
• Ability to climb, bend, squat, reach, and stand for extended periods.
• Experience driving a forklift.
• Maintain a fast pace while ensuring accuracy, dependability, and reliability.
• Basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide).
• Willing to work overtime and on holidays.
• Ability to pass a drug test.

Work Environment:

Covered outdoor environment with exposure to noise, dust, grease, smoke, fumes, noxious odors, gases, vibrations, electrical energy, and various weather conditions. Work around fuel and on uneven or slippery surfaces. Extended hours including evenings and weekends may be required.

• 10-hour day shifts
• Monday to Friday

Experience Requirements:

• Forklift operation: 1 year
• Outdoor warehouse experience: 1 year
• Hazmat warehouse experience: 1 year (preferred)
