Macy’s is hiring a Warehouse Colleague to move merchandise and support frontline service behind the scenes. You will receive, store, pick, pack, sort, and ship items while maintaining a clean and safe warehouse.

You will use PCs and handheld devices to input data and help the team deliver fast, accurate service.

• Technology: Input data accurately using PCs, handheld computers, radio frequency equipment, or similar devices.
• Safety: Perform job functions safely and report accidents or hazards to the safety committee.
• Equipment: Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment as needed.
• Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with teammates, maintain a positive work environment, and communicate effectively with customers, co‑workers, and People Leaders.

Who You Are

Essential Physical Requirements

• Stand or walk around the facility for prolonged periods (up to 12 hours).
• Use computers and handheld electronic equipment frequently.
• Reach, crouch, kneel, stoop, push, and pull as required.
• Lift and move items weighing 50‑75 lbs.
• Have close vision, color vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment.
• Hear and see safety/emergency alarms and industrial truck warning devices.
