  • Technology – Input data using PCs, handhelds, RF equipment or similar devices.
  • Safety – Perform duties safely and report hazards.
  • Equipment – Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and related equipment as needed.
  • Team Collaboration – Work with teammates, customers, and leadership; follow policies.
  • Shift Preparation – Wear name badge, follow dress code, participate in start-ups, prep work area.
  • Customer Focus – Respond quickly and accurately to customer needs and pack thoughtfully.
  • Hospitality – Greet coworkers, show interest, offer help, and build trust.
  • Finish Strong – Tidy workspace, replenish supplies, acknowledge contributions.

Job Overview

As a Warehouse Colleague, you will help create a seamless, customer‑focused experience behind the scenes. Your day will involve receiving, storing, picking, packing, sorting, and shipping merchandise with an emphasis on precision, safety, and teamwork. You will keep the warehouse clean and organized while fostering a positive, respectful atmosphere for all team members.

Responsibilities
  • Receiving and Unloading – Load and unload cartons and merchandise from delivery trucks, conveyor systems, and other modes of transport.
  • Sorting and Organizing – Lift, carry, push, and pull packages continually to maintain a tidy and efficient workflow.
  • Processing – Complete all receiving, processing, and shipping activities in accordance with productivity standards.
  • Technology – Accurately and efficiently input data using PCs, handheld computers, radio frequency equipment, or similar devices.
  • Safety – Perform all job functions in a safe manner and report accidents or hazards promptly.
  • Equipment – Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment as required.
  • Team Collaboration – Work collaboratively with teammates, customers, and leadership; read and adhere to policies and procedures.

Essential Physical Requirements
  • Prolonged periods (up to 12 hours) of standing or walking in the facility, excluding breaks.
  • Frequent use of computers and handheld electronic equipment.
  • Reaching, including above eye level, crouching, kneeling, stooping, pushing, and pulling.
  • Lifting and moving items weighing up to 50–75 pounds.
  • Close vision, color vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment.
  • Ability to hear and see safety and emergency alarms and industrial truck warning devices while on the warehouse floor.
